It will obviously take time for BB to build a team. He needs bodies and talent. We have a smattering now. We need much more. Turning a D-1 football program around involves a lot of bodies and overcoming a lot of inertia. In the past 30 years we've had no consistent winning. It's sad and frustrating. We have no choice but to bear it and hope that BB is the man who will turn it around keep it on course.
