Yeah that's fair. I think there are those multi-year IDENTITIES you're talking about -- Penn State's Linebacker U is another one -- and then there are single-year lowercase-i identities that sometimes people talk about. "What's this team's identity?" But the point is well-taken, and I hope/think you're right that Bielema is working toward something bigger.
