Jow Edge is on point. Bielema has all the tools. 1. He is commited to development of The Big Uglies, something we have always screwed-up on. Just ask Tate Mike leach, too. "That's where it all starts." 2.He surrounds himself with a good staff. Great Rolodex. 3.He's good with a mic in front of the camera. Ya gotta love the pressers. 4.He has a philosophy that he has cobbled together from some pretty damn big names. 5. He has the heart of a teacher and because of that he attracts young coaches and kids into the profession. We have a real 'find' in Bielema and we'll be in good hands for a long time.
