I think he just needs to be selective. He still has guys Goode sticking it out, and Sencire and Ty seem to be culture fits as well. As far as transfers, he had success with guys like Grandison, Feliz, Plummer and obviously Shannon. This offseason has been a little less explosive as far as the top end transfer targets, but perhaps (assuming they land Rayj) he will find guys who fit together better.
