Robert, you are absolutely wrong when you argue that you cannot achieve excellence, you demonstrate excellence so here every day. My guess is someone along the way understood how to mentor you without the abuse. Good mentors understand the personalities of their mentees, and adjust accordingly. The same must apply in sports. I am a loyal Illinois fan, and am excited about the direction of the basketball program, but also concerned about the behavior of the coach.
