My gut last week told me the line of -9 should've been -3, Illinois ended up winning by 2. My gut this week tells me the line of -3.5 should be -9.5, so I predict Kansas wins by 10 or 11. I think they'll get the touchdowns on the drives that ended up being field goals for Toledo. Kansas 35, Illini 24.
