There's a chance that the game plan called for so many pass plays because we were down to one healthy running back that the coaching staff trusted to carry the ball. That and their best player in the secondary was out might have had something to do with it.

(Kreutz didn't interfere with their TE) Fox can market a 9-3 or 10-2 Iowa team to bring in viewers for the title game though we all know they're gonna get skull-stomped by whomever they play.
