I know, I know, BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN IT DOESN'T REALLY MEAN ANYTHING WHAT IT MEANS IS WHY I WATCH FOOTBALL and all that. We'll get to that. I promise. For now, let me enjoy something I don't get to enjoy very often: a Big Ten road win with a walk-off field goal.

Yes, Rutgers absolutely handed us this game. Yes, against any other competent opponent that game goes to 41-6 after it was 10-0, not 20-20. I get that. I hear your brain. I understand your concerns. I feel your tension as you're reading these words.

But for now, here's eight and a half minutes of "hey, look at that, we pulled out the win with a redshirt freshman QB giving his all" (plus some "woof, Rutgers").

Listen to this and THEN we'll get to your angst in the next post.

Good grief, Robert. You called this result in the SOC. What happened to your narrative of Lovie losing the team?

PowerGranger on November 14, 2020 @ 09:14 PM

Does a close win over a horrible team make that not so?

My only question. Why doesn't the OC utilize the TE position. Rod isn't the offensive play caller we thought he was. Stupidest call today. 3rd and 5 and we try a home run to BeBe. You need a first down and ball possession to keep the defense off the field.

Contract extension on Monday?

Rewatching game was brutal. Coaching malfeasance bowl.
