We Love No Other 7.15 - John Gasaway

It's February, so it's time to bring Big Ten Wonk on the podcast again. You have to go way back to remember John Gasaway as Wonk. He informs us in this podcast episode that it's been 17 years since he stopped writing the blog. After that he went to Basketball Prospectus (where it was just him and Ken Pomeroy trying to educate all of us about college basketball advanced statistics in the late 2000's/early 2010's) and then to ESPN.

He's also an Illini alum and fan. So I wanted to talk to him about everything we're seeing with this team at the moment - top-10 offensive efficiency numbers and suddenly sinking defensive efficiency numbers. What does it all mean?
