Where Do We Stand? January 28th

That photo is kind of Jumpman-y, right? I'm wandering into sneaker territory where I do not belong but my first reaction when seeing Holly's photo was "wow, the white set against the red background and the ball up to the right is giving Jumpman."

(I didn't actually think that, of course. I'm 52, not 22. I don't say "is giving" ever. But no cap it's giving Jumpman.)

We have reached the end of January. Which means it's almost time to start to look at seeding possibilities. But the month still starts with a J and not an F or an M so I'm going to wait until the calendar flips over to the shortest month before looking at The Bracket Matrix. December we start to look at the I-N-I, January we start to pay attention to NET, February we can start talking seeds. And in March hopefully I'm staying in hotels for 15 nights like last year.
